Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the klia2 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies listed on this website.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user ("Member") and klia2 as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.

Account Creation & Security
Each user may only hold one active account on klia2. Multiple account registrations are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior notice.
Registration Information
- You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering your account.
- Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension or closure and the cancellation of all related transactions.
- Klia2 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time for compliance and security purposes.
Password Responsibility
- You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account, whether or not it was done with your knowledge.
- Please contact the klia2 support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All transactions on the klia2 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports local payment methods including FPX (direct bank transfer) and approved local digital wallets.
Deposit Conditions
- Minimum deposit amounts may vary depending on your chosen payment method. The latest limits are available in the deposit section of your account.
- Klia2 is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by your bank or a third-party payment provider.
- Deposited funds may only be used for betting purposes within the klia2 platform and may not be transferred to other members.
Withdrawal Conditions
- All bonus rollover requirements must be met in full before a withdrawal request can be processed.
- Klia2 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity before approving a withdrawal.
- Withdrawal requests that appear suspicious or conflict with platform policies may be held for further review.
- Daily and weekly withdrawal limits are displayed in your account profile and may vary based on your membership status.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a klia2 member, you agree to use this platform responsibly and to comply with all applicable rules. Any use that violates these terms may result in action being taken against your account.
Prohibited Conduct
- Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised method to gain an unfair advantage in games.
- Market manipulation or colluding with other members to influence betting outcomes.
- Using the account for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
- Sharing your account with another individual or allowing any third party to access your account.
- Abusing promotions or bonuses through multiple registrations or other fraudulent methods.
Klia2 Liability Limit
Klia2 is not liable for any financial losses incurred by users as a result of betting decisions, technical disruptions beyond our control, or improper use of the platform. The platform is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted service at all times. klia2's total liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount you have deposited within the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Account Policy, Intellectual Property & Miscellaneous
Account Suspension & Closure
Klia2 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or upon request by the relevant authorities. In cases of closure due to a breach, any remaining balance in the account may be withheld pending further investigation.
Members may also request voluntary account closure by contacting the klia2 support team at [email protected]. Any valid balance will be returned once all platform conditions have been satisfied.
Intellectual Property
All content on the klia2 platform — including logos, brand names, interface design, text, images, and software — is the intellectual property of klia2 and is protected under applicable copyright law. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any part of this content without prior written permission from klia2.

The klia2 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. klia2 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Access to such sites is entirely at the user's own risk.
